I noticed that man who was quite helpful, He's the same age as Aaron and is dressed in an Armani suit. With black hair and sea-blue eyes, he is rather attractive, but not as much as Aaron.
"Thank you," I said earnestly, my eyes crinkling.
"Anything for a gorgeous lady," he remarked with a grin.
"Well, my name is Issac Raccio, and I am the CEO of Raccio Communications and Limited Cooperation," he says. He smiled as he spoke to me.
"Oh, my name is Eternity Grang......, Um Knight," I said.
He took my hand in his and kissed it.
"So, you're Aaron Knight's wife," he said, maintaining eye contact with me.
I nodded and shifted my gaze to the way.
He spoke to me while squirming and said, "Your name is genuinely very charming, beautiful name of the beautiful lady."
"Thank you again for your kindness," I told him, noting that it was thoughtful of him to give me with tissue so quickly; otherwise, a chocolate stain would ruin my beautiful gown, which would be quite uncomfortable.
He had said to me, "Come on, don't thank me; it's my joy to serve such a wonderful lady," and I bit my bottom lip, trying not to say something nasty since I felt like he was flirting with me.
I was suddenly aware of a presence near me. I took a breath and delighted as I noticed Aaron standing behind me, glaring hard at Issac.
Issac remarked to Aaron, "Oh, Mr. knight, long time no see." It appears like Issac is manipulating Aaron.
"By the way, congratulations on your marriage to such a beautiful lady, and I found you now own your father's business as well," Issac added to Aaron.
Aaron grimaced as he nodded at him.
"Now pardon me and my wife," Aaron said to Issac as he dragged me out of the way.
"Stay away from him," Aaron growled, his hands clenched, and I stared at him, perplexed.
"Why, he is a very kind guy," I said Aaron. Yes, I felt like he was flirting with me, I admitted, but it's possible he wasn't. After all, it may be a mistake.
Aaron sneered at me, "You don't know him, so don't fight with me."
I gave him a knowing nod.
The host has now introduced the dance round.
"Ladies and gentlemen, today's evening is dedicated to our special couple, Mr. and Mrs. Knight, our newlyweds and everyone's dream couple, so please accept our invitation to dance."
Everyone was cheering for us. As I attempted to ignore the glances we got, the audience's ovation faded.
Finally, Aaron and I made our way to the center of the ballroom, where we waited for the gentle music to begin.
Elvis Presley's Can't Help Falling In Love, began to play. As soon as the music began, we took a step forward and other couples joined us in dancing.
Our gazes stayed locked as we circled one other. Aaron put his hand on my waist, which made my stomach flutter, and I put my hand on his shoulder, and our free hands finally connected. We danced to the music together, our feet perfectly in time with the beat of my heart.
As the song played, I let go of the breath I'd been holding for who knows how long and allowed a little grin to grow on my lips. He was flawless.
His eyes, as clear as April rain, were deep and enticing.
I can feel the heat between us, the slick perspiration that runs down my skin, how we move in unison, his and my ragged, short gasps, how each dance move has me gasping for air, and then Aaron, his gentle lips brushed across my earlobe sending delightful sensations.
"Aaron," I murmured, my hands tightening over his shoulder. It was so exciting to feel something flutter in my stomach.
He locked his gaze on me. His breath flew across my lips, and his gaze lingered at my lips because we were so near.
Then it was time to switch places, and I swirled around till I found myself with Issac.
Issac, grinned at me again as he watched me, and I simply smiled.
Issac remarked to me, "Wow."
I returned my focus to Aaron, who was dancing with a blonde girl, but he was glaring at Issac, with whom I was dancing.
Issac winked at me and said, "It seems like fate keeps bringing us together." I locked my attention on him.
"I'm married," I told Issac, showing him my ring.
Issac chuckled and said to me, "Just joking Darling."
And I gave him a friendly smile. Then my thoughts returned to my earlier conversation with Aaron regarding Issac, and why Aaron despises him so much. I decided to ask Issac about it because Aaron would never tell me.
I chatted with Issac while we were dancing. "Why does Aaron have such a strong hate for you?" I inquired.
Issac turned to face me and stated "Never mind," Issac shook aside the matter, "I and your husband had some differences in business from the beginning."
I nodded at him while struggling to maintain proper eye contact with Issac due to a bulge poking me from Issac's side. I glanced at Issac who was staring at me so intently when I felt something poking me between my legs again. I gasped a little when I realised he was aroused because my body was rubbing against him.
I put my hands on his chest and pulled myself back a little while glancing around.
Issac saw my dilemma and took a few steps back, as I bit my lower lip and inhaled deeply.
"I'm sorry," he murmured, running his hand through his hair, "but what can I do? I'm a hot-blooded male, it's normal."
My eyes widened as I realised I was actually seeing that man again, far away in an angle of a ballroom, he was wearing the same hoodie as that mysterious hooded man who gave me that folder with private information about Aaron's company, my eyes widened as I couldn't believe I was seeing him again, now this is the best chance to prove myself innocent so that Aaron doesn't hate me. I can't stand his hatred for me.
I excused myself from Issac and dashed away, sprinting to the location where that mystery hooded figure stood.
I was reaching that unknown man when he noticed me; he started walking faster and quicker.
"Wait, stop there," I said, but he was moving so quickly that I scowled and followed him.
I try to keep up with him, but I can't since I'm wearing high heels.
I ended up in a pretty dark hallway after a few seconds of following him where he was going. That enigmatic figure vanished.
Now that I'm at a loss for what to do, I rapidly began walking along a path that I thought would lead to the end of the dimly lit corridor.
Finally, after passing out at that terminus, I return to the ballroom, where the feast is presently taking place.
My thoughts are on the mystery man I'm following, what he's doing here, and why he started fleeing when he saw me. The only route is through that mystery man.
To Aaron, I can prove my innocence.
What am I going to do now? I'm too engrossed in my own ideas. I hear somebody's voice seems quite familiar to me.
"Where have you gone, and why have you vanished so suddenly?" Aaron said as he approached me, his eyes anxious for my wellbeing.
"Um, n. Nothing I... I just went to the bathroom," I said. I couldn't tell Aaron about the mystery man since it wasn't the proper moment, I reasoned.
"Why are you stuttering?" he said, raising his brows.
"As I said before, I am suffering from a minor headache," I told him, turning away and rubbing my hands together.
Aaron inquired, "What happened, are you okay?" While checking me from top to bottom,
This made me laugh. I'm sure he'll never understand why he cares so much about me...
"Don't think I'm worried about you," Aaron remarked after seeing me smile. "I simply don't want others to believe I'm mentally torturing you," he said. Aaron stated solemnly.
Aaron remarked to me, "Let's go home."
I and Aaron return home after saying our goodbyes to the guests.
As I ascended from the car, I noticed Arron approaching the stairs leading to his room.
"Aaron," I said, and he came to a halt and stared at me.
"Thank you for these lovely diamond earrings," I responded to him, while his brows creased.
Aaron remarked coldly to me, "I don't need your Damm thanks," and walked away to his room.
I'm heading towards my room as well, but something hits my leg, raising my top lid while pressing my lips together, and I collapse.
I yelled out, "Oof!"
